01About PH Live Music Ltd

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets through PH Live Music Ltd (“PH LIVE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

PH Live Music Ltd operates as an online ticketing platform and ticketing service provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PH LIVE does not organise, promote, or operate the events listed on the platform.

By purchasing tickets through PH LIVE, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

Additional terms imposed by the relevant Event Organiser and/or Venue may also apply. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the event itself, the Event Organiser’s terms shall prevail.

02Our Role

PH LIVE provides ticketing, payment processing, customer communication, and ticket distribution services on behalf of Event Organisers.

The Event Organiser is solely responsible for: organising and delivering the event; determining ticket prices; seating allocations (where applicable); admission policies; event schedules; cancellations; postponements; and refunds where applicable.

PH LIVE is not responsible for the quality, content, safety, or delivery of any event.

03Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability.

Your booking becomes binding once payment has been authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.

You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate before completing your purchase.

PH LIVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected, payment cannot be authorised, pricing errors have occurred, or ticket purchasing limits have been exceeded.

04Prices and Fees

Ticket prices are determined by the Event Organiser.

Prices displayed may include booking fees, service fees, VAT (where applicable), and any additional charges clearly disclosed before payment.

Prices may change before purchase without notice.

Once your order is confirmed, the purchase price cannot be altered.

05Payment

Payment must be made using an approved payment method.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.

PH LIVE does not store full payment card information.

Tickets remain invalid until full payment has been successfully received.

06Ticket Delivery

Tickets may be delivered as Mobile Tickets, Electronic Tickets (PDF), Digital Wallet Tickets, or Physical Collection (where available).

Delivery methods depend on the Event Organiser’s requirements. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets.

07Right to Cancel

Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, tickets for leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation right.

Once purchased, tickets cannot normally be cancelled unless stated otherwise in these Terms or required by law.

08Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, all ticket sales are final.

Refunds are only available where authorised by the Event Organiser or where required under applicable consumer law.

Where an event is cancelled and a refund is authorised, refunds will usually be made to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on payment providers.

Booking fees and service charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

09Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date.

Where the Event Organiser authorises refunds for rescheduled events, PH LIVE will administer refunds in accordance with the organiser’s instructions.

10Event Changes

The Event Organiser may change the venue, performers, support acts, start times, seating layouts, schedules, or other event details.

PH LIVE is not liable for such changes but will communicate significant updates where reasonably practicable.

11Lost or Stolen Tickets

PH LIVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

Replacement tickets may be issued solely at the discretion of the Event Organiser.

12Admission

Admission is subject to possession of a valid ticket, venue security procedures, age restrictions, and venue conditions of entry.

The Venue or Event Organiser may refuse admission or remove attendees for behaviour that breaches venue policies. No refund will be provided where admission is refused due to customer misconduct.

13Ticket Resale

Unless expressly authorised: tickets must not be resold for commercial gain; tickets must not be advertised at inflated prices where prohibited by law; and duplicated or altered tickets are void.

PH LIVE reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained or transferred in breach of these Terms.

14Fraud Prevention

PH LIVE reserves the right to verify customer identity, cancel suspicious transactions, refuse future purchases, and report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities.

15Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, comply with venue rules, present valid tickets upon request, and comply with all health and safety requirements.

16Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to the above, PH LIVE shall not be liable for travel costs, accommodation expenses, loss of enjoyment, indirect or consequential losses, event cancellation by organisers, performer changes, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

17Intellectual Property

All content on the PH LIVE website, including logos, branding, graphics, software, and text, remains the property of PH Live Music Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use such material without written permission.

18Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PH LIVE’s Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with Event Organisers where necessary to administer your booking.

19Force Majeure

PH LIVE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, pandemics, industrial disputes, government action, power failures, internet outages, acts of terrorism, and natural disasters.

20Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

21Changes to these Terms

PH LIVE may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

Existing bookings will continue to be governed by the Terms applicable at the time of purchase unless required otherwise by law.
